    When you have spare time, or you aren’t overwhelmed with a number of academic tasks, you memorize that you can kill the time by drinking coffee or smoking a cigarette. There are also instances when it is possible to trace the etymology of bad habits from childhood. Your parents gave a demo and you just behave as they did.

    It makes no matter how you respond to stressful situations in your life, but it is possible to forget about all these habits which don’t allow you to enjoy your life and soar to success.     1. Replace It with a Healthier Alternative

    What habit do you want to break? Smoking, procrastinating, drinking coffee? It is really hard just go out and do it. Experts consider that if you wish to succeed, you should replace your bad penchant with a healthier option.

    For instance, you consider that you drink too much coffee per day, but you can’t refuse from coffee.

    You can start by reducing the number of cups you drink per day. Gradually, you will leave only one cup. There is another solution-you can start drinking coffee without caffeine. As a result, you’ll gradually replace your bad habit with a healthier alternative.

    1. Eliminate All Triggers

    Sometimes, it is really hard to take a grip on yourself! In this scenario, you should be severe upon yourself. If you notice cookies on the table and can’t resist a temptation to taste them, you should either not to buy them or throw them away.

    You can’t resist a suggestion to take a nip with your friends, don’t go out with them. If social networking sites don’t allow you to focus on your essay or paper, block them (at least for the period you study). Take comprehensive solutions and you’ll achieve your goals!

    1. Check Your Surrounding

    In some instances, you can’t change your life because of the people surrounding you. For instance, you wish to lose weight, but your friend frequently visits you with a box of cookies.

    You desire to become an early bird, but your roomies don’t share your desire. In this scenario, you should surround yourself with the individuals who share your desire.

    It doesn’t mean you should forget your old friends. It just means you wish to change your life and real friends should support you!

    1. Three Weeks Are Enough to Create New Habits

    It is really hard to change your life, but you should think of things, motivating you. Psychologists consider that you should meet a 21-day challenge and after that, your new habits will become a common practice.

    As a result, you’ll forget about your anguishes and finally start living a new life! You will suffer for three weeks only but later, you will get accustomed to a new habit! If you have a desire to change your life, nothing can stop you. You just might be doubly sure that you can overcome all difficulties and change your life!
