Why people get obese?
Some people inherit obesity, which means it’sgenetic in them. They tend to grow big and accumulate fat with whatever they eat due to a slow metabolism. And then there are some people who get obese for a bad diet, and then there is another group who get obese for a bad lifestyle. Alcohol and drug abuse, junk food intake, too much of fried and processed foods, sweetened beverages, inadequate sleep, long gap between meals, and lack of physical activities are some of the reasons you get obese.
How to fight obesity
Fighting obesity is easier than it seems. You just need to make corrections where there is needed. If you have a bad lifestyle you need to correct it. If you have bad eating or drinking habits then that also can be corrected. If you are careful that you would do a little exercise everyday, monitor your diet, and take low calorie healthy food, and have a healthy routine through the day, then you can get out of obesity. Though there is no magic pill to get out of the condition in one night, but small steps can take you a long way. With continuous efforts and control on lifestyle and diet, one may get out of obesity within a few months to two years.
Fat reduction surgeries and liposuction procedures are for extreme cases only, and you won’t need them unless you are too helpless to move or eat a healthy diet.
